To make this successfully you need to be making a variety of wines and have a number of colours to choose from to blend a natural looking Apple Wine.
I had half a gallon of straight Apple Wine left so my mission was to find some friends to enjoy a demijohn together.

Half Gallon of Apple Wine
1 Lb of sugar
1 tsp TronOzymol yeast nutrient
Sauternes yeast
Search fridge for like coloured reserves, in this case all the whites to light amber. Pear, White Currant, Yellow Cherry Plum etc

Added 1 Lb of sugar to the half gallon of apple and some nutrients & Sauternes yeast to kick it off.
Added all reserved top ups, Quince Wine, Rhubarb Wine & Green Gage and Elderflower Wine
